When you partner with us, the first step is effortless. PURCHASE inventory from any online retailer or wholesaler and then send your inventory to us and pay ZERO sales tax.

Once your inventory is RECEIVED at our facility we carefully inspect each item, ensuring its quality and accuracy. From there, we record every piece of your inventory in our system and securely store it in our facility.

We PREPARE your inventory by handling all ASIN labeling and sticker removal. We are trained on Amazon's FBA guidelines as well as other online arbitrage and e-commerce guidelines.

Within 24 to 48 hours, your items will be ready to be SHIPPED to a fulfillment center, customer or destination of your choice. Our partnerships with leading carriers like USPS, UPS, and FedEx ensure your products are in reliable hands.

Pricing
Basic Pricing overview
Registration Fee:
- $60 (ONE time fee for account set-up)
FBA Cost per Unit:
- $1.25 per unit received
- $1.50-$6 per unit received if over 24” or 30 pounds (a conversation will take place to determine cost)
- $3 per FRAGILE unit received (this includes all glass units)
FBM Cost per Unit:
- $2.75 per unit to ship (additional units $0.50 per unit)
- See below for what is included
- Monthly Storage Fees ($5-20 per bin per month) for inventory not sold 30 days after receiving
Custom Kitting, Picking and Packing Services:
- $0.75 per unit
Footwear:
- $3.50 per pair
- Footwear price includes: rubber band, inspection of size/matching, quality and poly bag
Bundles (includes poly bag and unit fee):
- $2.25 per bundle of 2
- $3.00 per bundle of 3- 5 units
- $1.25 per each additional unit added to a bundle
Cost Per Unit Includes:
- Receiving
- Inspection
- Label Removal
- Poly Bag/Bubble Bag
- Inventory Pictures (if damaged)
- FNSKU Labeling
- Shipping
- Shipment Creation
Payment/Invoicing
- Invoice is emailed once the shipping plan is complete
- Payment is required before shipping
Storage Fees
First month
First month (30 days) of storage is FREE.
Monthly Storage Fee
Inventory that does not leave the warehouse within 30 days of receiving will be charged according to the size of storage bin.
Long term storage
A monthly storage fee will be charged for any inventory that is stored longer than 30 days.
** If storage fees are not paid, units will not ship.
Terms and Conditions
ReadySet Prep adheres to the following terms and conditions:
Amazon FBA and E-Commerce Fulfillment :
- No minimum monthly requirements.
- Minimum of 20 units to ship.
- Invoices for prepping services will be emailed. Boxes WILL NOT ship until this invoice is paid in full.
- We are not responsible for items lost or misplaced by Amazon or other carriers.
- Units sent to us that are not listed on your inventory spreadsheet, are gated or restricted in your account from Amazon, or don't have a plan after receiving (after 30 days) will become the property of ReadySet Prep N Pack.
- ReadySet Prep N Pack shall have a lien on all goods until ALL invoices are paid in FULL . If the client fails to pay any outstanding amounts due within 30 days after written notice, ReadySet Prep N Pack will exercise its lien rights and take possession of the goods.
- By using our services, you agree to all stipulations and pricing.
- Fees are subject to change without notice.
